1st SCO France Congress

Rien ne vaut des échanges directs, dont la crise Covid nous a tous privés. Le SCO France invite sa communauté à se rejoindre mardi 7 décembre 2021 à Paris pour son premier Congrès. Alors, prêts pour (enfin) se retrouver ?

Covid-19 obliges, the SCO France was forged in large part at a distance. Today, two years after its birth, it accompanies 36 projects, that is to say a community of about 250 people who have a lot to say to each other!

Next Tuesday, December 7, the Congress of the SCO France will take place, on invitation of Mrs. Barbara POMPILI, Minister of the Ecological Transition, at the Hotel de Roquelaure in Paris.

As the SCO is based on values of exchange and transparency, the invitation is open to all. However, due to sanitary constraints, the number of available places is limited. Registration will be confirmed by email on Wednesday, November 24, and you will be asked to show proof of identity and a valid health pass at the entrance.

A congress in the wake of COP26

Less than a month after the close of COP26 in Glasgow, this meeting is a timely opportunity to make a first major assessment of the SCO France, and to reaffirm, all together, our commitment to adapt to the impacts of climate change.

From 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the morning will be structured around two round tables:

  • From science to society, an exchange between the members of the Inter-Organizational Committee of the SCO France;
  • The effectiveness of SCO solutions and their appropriation by users, with the testimony of several territories.
