SCO World Virtual Congress
A virtual conference at the heart of the issues surrounding COP31

COP 31, to be held in November 2026, builds on the historic commitments made during the 2015 Paris Agreement, marking a decisive step in international climate mobilization. In this context, the Space for Climate Observatory (SCO) organize a World Virtual Congress from November 16 to 20, 2026, run as a parallel event to COP 31.This event aligns with COP’s objectives: uniting climate stakeholders, sharing concrete solutions, and accelerating collective action. It is worth recalling that the SCO was born from the One Planet Summit initiative, launched at the beginning of the 2020’s to strengthen international cooperation in addressing climate challenges. | A resolutely modern, low-carbon event In line with COP 31’s expectations, the congress demonstrates that it is possible to organize an impactful, inclusive, and sustainable event that meets the challenges of our time: 100 % online: lthe Congress is accessible to all, with no travel-related emissions. Multi-day thematic sessions: Each session will focus on a specific climate challenge or region, presenting key issues, space-based solutions, and collaboration opportunities. Global reach, with sessions scheduled across multiple time zones to include partners and stakeholders worldwide. |
